The masterclasses takes place during the production process  and are delivered by guest industry professionals. Their roles are to work alongside the young musicians, mentoring and guiding the direction of the production whilst explaining and demonstrating skills, techniques, equipment, software and industry knowledge.

In addition to the musicians and artists during the pilot there were also masterclasses from Sound Engineer ‘Angus Wallace’ (who has worked with bands such as The Prodigy, Spiritualized, The Fall and groups and labels such as EMI, Polydor, Universal and Fierce Panda), Musical Director ‘Chris Brown’ (who has worked with the likes of Kylie Minogue & is the current MD for Soul II Soul) and ‘Stuart Belsham’ from PRS for Music.
